November 2021 Market Statistics

Here's a snapshot of the market for single family homes in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties for the month of November compared to the previous 3 months.  The market is beginning to slow some in these counties. The average days on market for single-family homes is about 17 days, but the sales prices are staying strong at approximately 102%. We are still in a seller’s market, although the competition isn’t as fierce as it was a few months ago.
