December 2021 Market Statistics

Below is a snapshot of the market for single family homes in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver, Douglas, and Jefferson counties for the month of December, as compared to the previous 3 months.  The market is beginning to slow some in these counties. The average days on market for single-family homes have increased to about 20 days, but the sales prices are staying strong at approximately 102%.
